LuNote（以下简称"本平台"）是一款社区账号运营辅助工具，为用户提供账号画像诊断、运营策略制定、灵感素材浏览、爆款选题分析、内容创作辅助等服务。使用本平台即表示您同意遵守本协议。LuNote (hereinafter "the Platform") is a community account operations assistant tool that provides account profile diagnosis, operations strategy planning, inspiration browsing, trending topic analysis, content creation assistance, and other services. By using this Platform, you agree to comply with these terms.

2. 账号注册与安全2. Account Registration & Security

• 您需要注册账号才能使用本平台的完整功能You need to register an account to access the full features of the Platform
• 请妥善保管您的账号信息，您对账号下的所有操作承担责任Please keep your account information secure; you are responsible for all activities under your account

• 以任何方式破解、修改或逆向工程本平台Cracking, modifying, or reverse-engineering the Platform in any way
• 将账号转让、出借或与他人共享Transferring, lending, or sharing your account with others

4. 订阅与付费4. Subscription & Payment

• 本平台提供免费版和付费订阅版，各版本功能和配额不同The Platform offers free and paid subscription tiers with different features and quotas
• 付费订阅以自然月为周期，到期后需续费以继续使用付费功能Paid subscriptions are billed monthly; renewal is required to continue using paid features
• 订阅费用以支付时页面显示的价格为准Subscription fees are based on the price displayed at the time of payment
• 已支付的订阅费用原则上不予退款，特殊情况请联系客服协商处理Paid subscription fees are generally non-refundable; please contact support for special cases

本平台的界面设计、功能逻辑、技术架构等知识产权归我方所有。您通过本平台生成的内容，其著作权归您所有，但您理解并同意：The intellectual property of the Platform's interface design, functionality, and technical architecture belongs to us. The copyright of content you generate through the Platform belongs to you, but you understand and agree that:

• 我方不对生成内容的原创性作任何担保We make no guarantees regarding the originality of generated content
• 您应自行确保发布内容符合相关平台规范和法律法规You are responsible for ensuring published content complies with platform rules and applicable laws
• 因发布生成内容引起的任何纠纷，由您自行承担Any disputes arising from published generated content are your sole responsibility
